What is the difference between the eBinder & scanning functionality?
The eBinder is a digital version of the Royal Resource binder. Instead of scanning products to get more information, simply click on the products of interest and you will access the same functionality.
Why should I provide a secondary address?
Working from home is becoming more prevalent, therefore, we want to give users the option to ship samples to their office, or home.
What do I do if my screen freeze while using the platform?
If you are experiencing slowness, or your screen freezes, close the app then re-open it.
Why is the platform running slowly?
It is best to use the platform while having a strong WIFI connection. If your connection is weak, or you are in a warehouse, you may experience performance issues while using the platform.
How do I view a product in scan mode?
Scan the text below the product image. Place the reticle directly on the text and move your phone closer until you see white text appear (recognizing the product). Once the text appears, tap anywhere on the screen to see the product in high-res mode.
If you are having issues, please ensure that there isn’t glare obstructing the view, as your phone may have difficulty reading the text.

How do I share a document?
Tap the “Info” icon that appears when scanning a product in “Scan Mode” or at the bottom of the page in the eBinder. Tap the “Share” icon located on the right of the document title, and choose how you’d like to share (Email, Text, or Copy URL).
Why am I getting poor results with Connect / image search?
Connect technology will return the closest available matches, meaning that you may get poor results, if the image you upload doesn’t look like any of the 1200 products in the binder.
The more filters used, the lower the number of products Connect will search through to bring back closest available matches.
Poor image quality may also affect results.
